2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all our blockchain packages. If you don't find any wallets within the first 7 days of regular use, you are eligible for a full refund.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must have used the software regularly (at least 4 hours per day for 7 consecutive days)
  • The refund request must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • You must provide evidence of consistent usage
  • The software must have been used in accordance with our Terms of Service

4. Refund Method

Refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency used for the original purchase. The refunded amount will be sent to the wallet address you provide during the refund request process.

Please note that cryptocurrency transaction fees are non-refundable as these are paid to blockchain networks, not to Crypto Whales.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following cases:

  • Refund requested after 7 days from purchase date
  • Software was not used regularly as specified
  • User found wallets but claims they were "not valuable enough"
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Account was suspended or terminated for misuse
  • Software was shared with unauthorized users
  • Technical issues on user's end (incompatible devices, internet connectivity)

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Technical issues that significantly impact software functionality
  • Downgrading to a lower-tier package (difference will be refunded minus processing fees)
  • Special circumstances reviewed by our management team

7. Upgrade Policy

If you wish to upgrade your package, you can do so at any time by paying the difference between your current package and the new package. No refund of your original purchase is provided when upgrading.

8. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all refund eligibility. We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any issues.
